Our mission is to bridge the gap between research and real-world agricultural practices, especially across Africa

👨‍🎓 About the Founder

AgronomyHub was founded by Emmanuel Appiah, a passionate researcher and educator in agricultural science. He holds a First Class Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Science Education from the University of Education, Winneba, and a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Crop Science (Agronomy/Crop Physiology) from AAMUSTED.

Currently, he is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Crop Science at AAMUSTED, Mampong, with a research focusing on adaptability, yield stability and emission potentials of maize genotypes across two Agro-ecological Zones of Ghana. Emmanuel Appiah is also a Peer Reviewer for the International Journal of Plant & Soil Science.

His academic work includes four peer-reviewed publications in respected journals such as:

  • International Journal of Plant & Soil Science
  • Asian Journal of Advances in Agricultural Research

He has presented his research at several professional conferences, including:

  • The Ghana Institute of Horticulturists Annual Conference
  • The Ghana Science Association Biennial Conference

In 2024, he received academic recognition as 2nd Runner-Up for Best Published Paper from Thesis, awarded by the School of Graduate Studies, AAMUSTED, during a Postgraduate Research Conference.
