On Thursday, September 4, 2025, AAMUSTED successfully inaugurated two pioneering academic journals. The ceremony, held at the New Auditorium in Kumasi, marked a significant milestone in the university’s quest to advance research, innovation, and knowledge sharing in Ghana and beyond.
A Step Towards Knowledge Advancement
Themed “Advancing Knowledge in TVET and Entrepreneurial Education Through Open Access Publications,” the inauguration highlights AAMUSTED’s commitment to promoting Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and entrepreneurial education, as well as research that supports sustainable national development.
The Journals at the Heart of Innovation
1️⃣ JASSEE – Journal of Applied Social Sciences & Entrepreneurship Education
- Focuses on applied research in social sciences, entrepreneurship, and educational practices.
- Aims to shape policy, enhance teaching and learning, and promote entrepreneurial mindsets.
2️⃣ JTEAS – Journal of Technology Education and Applied Science
- Dedicated to advancing studies in technology, applied sciences, and TVET innovations

Both journals are open-access, meaning that scholars, researchers, and practitioners worldwide can freely access and contribute to them.
